Sixty-three year old Bryan “Love is the Drug” Ferry has been seen “canoodling”1 and “cavorting”—depending on which tabloid you read—across various beaches with his new-ish girlfriend, twenty-seven year old Amanda Shepherd.2 Why is this hilarious? Because Shepherd used to date Ferry’s son Isaac. Thanksgiving at the Ferry house promises to be delightful this year.
1 One of my life goals is to have my name dropped into the same sentence as the word “canoodling”. Since this will also require me to, you know, date someone, this will be a challenge.
2 As much as I like Bryan Ferry and his thick mane of well-conditioned hair, he will not be the recipient of my canoodles as he violates my one unbreakable rule, the one that says I can’t go out with any dude older than my dad. You’ve gotta have standards at least one standard.
